MK Charity – Multiple conference breakout areas

An established charity foundation was looking to help create a breakout area for their venue to cater for multiple training and conference suites during breaks. They needed to ensure it was able to cope with a high volume of people all seeking refreshment in a short space of time. We had to design the space with traffic flow in mind, and of course, safety was paramount. We installed plumbing supplies in various areas, and installed kitchens to enable multiple ‘drinks stations’. We wanted to meet the contemporary designs that the client wanted to ensure their high standards of presentation were being met, and at the same time, to ensure that the designs were affordable for the charity too. We supplied and installed furniture to the space, were able to incorporate their striking brand colours and reinforce their Brand Identity.

To help relieve the expected noise levels, we installed an acoustic wall in these corporate colours to help soften the noise of lots of people chatting and enjoying the space.

Thanks to the success of this project, we have been fortunate to work on several other exciting projects building a unified look throughout the building, including lockers, conference rooms, reception area and wait area.
